How do I say thanks for the double blessings of getting a beautiful new roof and dealing with such gracious business people in the process? Never has anything of such magnitude been so absolutely stress-free. From the day Neil took me to look at examples of All-American's workmanship, right up to the final payment day, every encounter with company people was like meeting with trusted friends. Everything that had been promised was delivered exactly as I had been told. The workmanship was actually more perfect than I had expected.
 
If you remember, I had been the one who was so adamant about wanting the wood-roof look, even though I knew composition was a wiser choice. Neil went out of his way to make sure I would be more then pleased with the results and I will be happy to recommend his company to anyone.

To Whom It May Concern:
 
I was very pleased with the roofing job All American Roofing did for me. Not having ever had to do this on my own, they made it very easy. I had bids from other companies but they did not explain in detail things that needed to be done and how they would be done.
 
All American delivered materials one day and the following day at about 7:15 am their roofers were at my house ready to begin. They finished about dark the same day. Also the material was on the driveway not on the roof line of my home as some other companies do. I do have a single story home of about 2650 square feet of living space.
 
The guys were very well mannered and seemed to take pride in their work. They cleaned up afterward and had also put a temporary cover over my pool that kept all the debris out.
 
I would definitely use them again.

Dear Brad,
 
I want to tell you how very delighted and pleased I am with my new roof. I am so glad we upgraded to the premium shingles. I am also glad we took everything down to the decking, so that it will all be the same now. I actually catch myself smiling while I'm in the swing looking out at the garage.
 
The crew you sent were so great!! I have several gardens around my house and they were careful to protect as many plants as possible (for which I am very grateful). They cleaned up each night and worked very hard to make everything just perfect. Please give this crew a bonus  (if your company does that) or at least be sure they are given the credit for a job done SUPER!!
 
The new roof looks SO GREAT that now I'm going to have to start saving to have everything painted to look as good as the roof. Thanks again for everything.

Dear Neil,
 
We are writing to tell you how very pleased we are with the work you recently completed on our roof. As you know, our roof was very old and was leaking in several spots. We had a constant musty smell in our babies' bedroom that caused me to worry and them to sneeze!
 
I called several other roofing companies the same day I contacted you. I was surprised that all of the companies except two (All American and one I won't embarrass by identifying) had answering machines instead of real people manning their phones. I didn't receive calls back from most of the other companies and the other people who did answer the phone treated me very rudely. Your employees are friendly and helpful. It's nice to talk to a human instead of someone's machine!!
 
We were both impressed with your references, the estimate, guarantees and the assurance that you would work with our insurance company in settling our claim. The work itself was completed in a very quick and efficient manner. We know that it is a quality job that will last many years.

Dear Mr. Cagle,
 
With the holidays over and a post-holiday recuperation taken, I must let you know how pleased we are with the transformations of our house by your company. This has been our home for 28 years.
 
It all started with a hail damaged roof which needed replacing due to leaks. With wood shakes under a composition roof, all had to go. After decking and new composition shingles, the roof looks great.
 
Our house is brick with wood side peaks, an overhang and porch. The wood needed priming and painting or a more durable, less work finish. Vinyl siding was our solution. The finished look is very nice.
 
As the wood on the porch was being sided, we decided to replace four windows which were framed in the wood. Seeing the new look with the new windows, we decided to replace the rest of the windows which were set in the brick.
 
Kelly Russell and his crew installed the siding and the windows. Kelly is a remarkable young man with talent beyond his years. He is very concerned with details and the quality of the finished product. We highly recommend Kelly and your company of craftsmen.
